See an Overview of Your Collections

Welcome to a brief tour of OnTRAC for OMB Clearances. The tour uses screenshots to provide an overview of some of the functions and capabilities of the system, but remember that OnTRAC can also do much more. Please contact us for more information.

The Collections screen displays key data on all your collections, including collection status and relevant dates. You can select a collection type from the menu (e.g., Expiring in 6 Months) or you can locate a specific clearance using the search feature.
